• Where is the store based?

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do! However, I cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items during shipping. Customers are responsible for any fees or customs in their respective countries.

• When will the item be shipped?

  Once the preparations are all done and payment is finalized, the item delivered within 1-2 weeks unless noted otherwise.

  If there are any delays I will send you an email about it!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 7 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. I ship via Airmail for smaller items. International orders can take up to 4-8 weeks to arrive.

• I want a product but it has sold out! When will you restock?

  Heyo!

  Just send me a message and I will consider it depending on the item! Never hurts to ask! :D

• For the double-sided charm order, it is only one-sided?? Is this right?

  No worries! The charms are still double-sided! The other side of the acrylic is covered in a protective seal. Some charms that were sent out will be covered in the seal to prevent damage to the acrylic (these were also sent to me in the same conditions from the manufacturers).

  All you have to do is peel them off and they'll be nice and clean!

• Something from my order broke in transit

  Heyo! At that point, please contact me!

  I know how bad it sucks when something breaks in transit, so send me an email and we can sort something out like replacements being sent off to you. This will also help me keep in mind for future orders.

• My order has gone missing or has bounced back!

  In the event of this, please contact me immediately so I can arrange compensation by refund or by resending your order.

  Please check your post office frequently. If you fail to collect your package within a certain amount of time after it reaches your post office, I may also be double-charged with shipping costs and I will either invoice you to cover these charges.

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
